I'm not in the third trimester yet but...I like to be prepared.

We have purchased the following:
Crib, Changing Table, Bassinet, excersaucer, too many under 12mo gently used pink clothes.

We have a bunch of things on our registry, so we'll know what we do or don't have to buy once we have our shower this spring.

Still to do:
Decide on a dresser (use one of ours or buy one)
Decide on a rocker or glider
Remove the workout equipment from the nursery
Paint the nursery
Put up a chair rail in the nursery
Paint the nursery closet (ugh)
Figure out where everything is going to go

I'd love to hear what other people have done/still need to do!

We've got quite a bit of stuff, and my shower is coming up on Sunday so I'm hoping to round out our gear needs.
Things we have:
Crib/dresser/mattress
Rocking chair
Bathing stuff (tub, wash clothes, soap)
Clothes from NB to 9 months
Stroller/car seat/bassinte
High chair
Bouncer
Pack 'n' play
Breast pump/nursing pillow/bottles
Nursery is painted, closet is organized

Things we need/need to do:
Hang up mobile above crib
Buy swing
Deep clean the house and organize the garage
Make space in the kitchen cuboards for baby things
Hang shelf in nursery
Write out birth plan out
Arrange for mat leave pay

LOL. I'm not there yet, about 3- 4 weeks behind you.

All I've done is register. I haven't bought anything yet. Never too late--you can still buy stuff when baby is here! Nothing to stress about.

@Tequiero, don't feel too bad. I'm 2 weeks away and still am NOT PREPARED! I still need a crib, changing pad, and rocker.

I didn't have my nursery complete until a few weeks ago and I'm due Feb 23rd! I'm a classic procrastinator and my husband and I had a lot on our plates. As of now, we have everything essential we need to bring Baby T into the world! Minus a few little decorations, we're good to go.

Hmmmm, I'm 30 weeks and I've been buying stuff for a while mainly because I didn't want to have to spend ALL that money all at once. Things I do have:

All my nursery furniture - Crib (bought used), dresser/changing table (bought used), glider (gift from my Dad), mattress, bedding, etc. Basically I have everything I need for my nursery, it just isn't put together yet (actually just posted about this on my blog today).
MORE THAN ENOUGH CLOTHES for up to 9 months. A lot was bought used, a lot was purchased from Marshall's/Ross on clearance.
Swing, bouncer, bassinet - all bought used
Baby bath tub - bought used
Moby wrap - bought on sale (after Christmas)
Plenty of swaddles and blankets (swaddles bought from Marshall's on clearance and Zulily, blankets were all handmade gifts from grandparents)
Complete cloth diaper stash

Things I know I'm getting:
Stroller & car seat - my Mother is giving this to us

Things I know I need (and would like to have BEFORE the baby gets here):
Breastpump and some bottles (I plan on breastfeeding but I want to introduce 1 bottle a day from the start)
Pack n Play
Toiletries, first aid stuff, etc.
Boppy or similar pillow
Wipes (just got some coupons for wipes so I'll be grabbing those soon)

My shower is this Saturday, after that I'll probably do a final check of what I need to get! I like feeling prepared, lol.

I'm 35 weeks and our nursery isn't anywhere near done. Our crib is on order, but there's a crap load of stuff to move out of the room still!
I'm not too stressed about it, but I'm getting anxious about finding a dresser. I know everything will come together easily once I've got all the pieces.
