If you had any heavy bleeding or light spotting...what happened next? Did you have to go on bed rest, did your baby come early, etc?

I had a lot of bleeding, buuut by then I was definitely in labor. LO showed up about 3 hours later.

@Mrs. Microscope: Oh I don't have any (yet) but my Dr says it is really common with previas.

@autumnlove: oh, I was going to say, it's too early! A good friend had a previa last year and had no bleeding at all before her scheduled c section. Hopefully your little one stays put until August!

How many weeks are you? I had heavy spotting and light bleeding every day from 35w to delivery at 40+1. My OB was never worried. She just said I had a sensitive cervix and it was sensitive to all the changes my body was going through.

I had heavy bleeding at 34 weeks (like hemorrhaged). I ended up on hospital bed rest and then on partial bed rest from 36 weeks on. My situation was a little complicated, feel free to wall me.
