Any of you guys exercising/exercised in your 3rd trimester? I've been trying to do as much walking as I can but sometimes I just rather chill on the couch. Any advice or exercises to help motivate this lazy mama?

I'm just walking as much as I can the past couple of weeks in hopes of getting this kid out. This is up from pretty much zero exercise in the other two trimesters besides walking the dog for a half hour a night.
I've been keeping a list of fairly flat and public places to walk (zoo, botanical garden, mall, museums) that I can walk alone or with my husband.
I also inflated the old exercise ball and am using that to sit on whenever I can- so comfortable!

I was pregnant in the summer so I was able to do a lot of swimming and water zumba. It was awesome, the water feels soooo good when your super preggo. I also tried to walk a lot. We'd walk the mall, petsmart, etc to stay out of the heat.

I walk a fair amount and also do a weekly prenatal aqua aerobics class and yoga class. The aqua aerobics is great for keeping active in a way that doesn't hurt my joints. Like @artbee said, it feels great to get in the water! The yoga isn't as much of a work out, but it is good for stretching and calming the mind. Good luck!

I walked and did the elliptical. I got super lazy and unmotivated the last couple of weeks though. I would go to the mall and walk around if you don't feel like "exercising."
