These are short. 10 minutes. But she has 5 episodes and you could do them all at once if you wanted some thing longer
This was a favorite when I was pregnant with DD2! I could probably still do most of it from memory!
I only did this one a few times but I liked it. It's a little but of work which is good sometimes.
