So I am a Yogi. I heart it. I love hot yoga and vinyasa flow. In other words, I don't like sleepy yoga. I haven't done yoga since my 2ww in March. Now that I'm safely in the second tri, I want to work it back in to my routine. I had a hard time finding a prenatal yoga class nearby, so I bought a dvd on Amazon that had pretty good ratings. Well it made me fall asleep it was so slow and boring. I like to flow, and I like to sweat.
I finally found a prenatal class in a studio that I'm going to later this morning...Has anyone taken a PN yoga class in a studio? I'm half excited to get back into yoga, and half worried that I'm going to be there for an hour and a half thinking "What a damn waste of my life and I'm too nice to walk out in the middle of the class and be rude to the instructor..."
Was your PN yoga class challenging? Or did you fall asleep and burn about 3 calories?
