I was hard core paleo before I got pregnant, but feeling crappy early in pregnancy led me back to a more "normal" diet. I'm 23 weeks and just went back to paleo, mainly bc I couldn't stand the way I felt anymore. I really enjoyed the past few months of eating things I'd deprived myself of for so long, but I was just starting to feel really gross.

I've been eating paleo for 4 days now and already feel so much better, less yuck and puffy. It feels good to take control again, if that makes sense!

Is anyone else paleo and pregnant? Can you share a typical day of meals or what you eat for snacks? For me, the major disadvantage to paleo is that it's tough to eat quick when you're hungry, and pregnancy really makes that worse.
