Just thought I would see if any of you lovelies started working out during your third trimester? I have exercised sporadically (at best!) throughout this pregnancy, but thought that I might make a more concerted effort now (at 32.5 weeks) to work out to be better prepared for delivery.
Any thoughts? Suggestions? Experiences?
I think right now my plan is to walk and/or do the eliptical for 30 minutes 3 times this week, and to stretch every day for at least 10 minutes. I have found that I feel less depressed (about my body and how this pregnancy feels like it will never end!) and more in control when I just move my body, although it is more and more difficult due to discomfort and fatigue.
