The only "perk" I get is the 3-4 day weekends... The only downside is that they start at 6 am on Sundays. But it will def help once LO is here having so many days off to be with her!

I work for the govt, which is a perk in itself. Compressed work schedule, so I'm off every other Friday, no limit on amount of sick/annual leave you can accrue and then roll over up to 240 of those days each year, can work from home, flexible duty hours, great thrift savings plan.
