I've been lucky enough to have clear skin (face) throughout the last couple of months, however, in the last few weeks, have developed pimples and white heads in my cleavage/breast area! UGH
I think it's due to the enlargening breasts creating my boobs to be sweaty (sorry TMI) and pushed together more than usual. TIME FOR A NEW BRA!
Did you have this? What was your cure?

Yes, I've noticed a break out there in the past few weeks. 
I've been using a tea tree oil toner, and it seems to have helped some.

Yep. Sure did. To combat it, I (1) washed my bras more frequently, and (2) made sure to wash my cleavage the same way I washed my face, i.e., with the same cleanser (and using my Clarisonic Mia) and the same topical acne treatment. It seemed to help a little, but I still get a couple every now and then.
But I think more than anything, pregnancy is just a hormone crap shoot!

Yuup got that too!! I've just been using my facial spot treatment on my chest as well, which seems to help.

My breast area pimples have now given me "pregnancy mask" in my cleavage area. There's a strip of discolored, different texture skin down the middle of my breasts :T

No boob acne with my first and none so far.
My skin was super clear the first time around, this time I'm seeing stray mini pimples on my forehead! wth?!

@MrsJYW: I think it also has to do with the fact that some parts of your skin is/are darkened during pregnancy, i.e, nipples, freckles, moles, etc., so what you may be seeing is darker area due to prior sun exposure (your decolletage gets a good amount of sun exposure) that you wouldn't normally see without it being somewhat magnified by hormones.

I did have some peeling too, so I think that added to it!
