So just wondering what helped others with the cramps. Tylenol just isn't cutting it and heat works minimally. At ideas?

@MrsSpadusa: don't use heat on your belly! You don't want the womb to get overheated. I had a lot of cramping during my first tri (I basically felt like my period was about to start every day for 12 weeks). But my doc did tell me to call if I ever had cramping that Tylenol didn't knock out so maybe call your OB for some advice?

You mostly have to tough it out, I think. I would lay on my side w lots of pillows and drink water which would help some.

I cramped a lot during my first trimester ... it always felt like AF was right around the corner! I think I took some tylenol for the more severe days and then just toughed it out for the rest of it. By 9-10 weeks the cramps were gone.

Yes, what @MamaMoose said! No heat directly on your belly! It can get too hot and raise baby's temp. Relax, put your feet up, and take some tylenol.

LOTS of water! I had cramping and pains -- be sure to drink a ton, it really helped me!
