Mine has been about the same. Maybe a day or two a week I notice I am a little hungrier. I just hit my third trimester and I feel like it's still about the same! Except now I can't eat as much. I'm still in the breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and maaaaybe a late snack (like a few dried dates) before bed if i stay up late and/or eat dinner early

Increased rapidly around 18-19 weeks and still going strong at 21! My weight gain hasn't matched though. I was down 12-13 pounds before week 18 and now I'm down 10, but nearly 4 weeks of eating like crazy, I'd expect to have gained at least 5+ pounds not 2-3 lol

Mine increased a lot in second tri! And is still pretty big in 3rd tri at times...last night I had a 5 Guys Burger, an insanely huge portion of fries, bowl of Fiber One and an apple and went to bed a little hungry still. DH was both impressed and horrified.

Mine decreased. I felt super hungry in my first trimester, then it went down in the second. Stayed normal for the 3rd (so far at 36wks)

Increased! and then compeletely eliminated in the 3rd, I used to have to force myself to eat so I knew my baby was getting what she needed. Second I was a snackign machine (after being so sick in the first, I finally started gaining weight after 20 weeks.)

I was absolutely RAVENOUS for the first tri and well into the second. It seems to have calmed down to a normal (pre-preg) level of hunger now at 26 weeks - thank goodness!
