I'm guessing it's tough when they're little, but they don't stay babies forever, and having 2 kids DS's age sounds like a lot of fun!

I'm a twin, so yes. Then when we were around kindergarten we moved in with my stepfamily, and I have 1 stepsib who is 3 months older than me and another who is 16 months younger than me. That's not 2 under 2 anymore, but we were all 4 about the same age. My brothers are 10+ years younger, but are 15 months apart from each other. She said she was already used to 2 babies at a time from having twins, so it was no stretch.

Yes, my sister and I are 11 months apart. I am pretty convinced that my Mom got pregnant the first time they got busy after having me. She was scared of having another so soon, but now I am so grateful to be so close with my sister.

@evansjamie: My family is pretty much the same, my sister and I are 22 months apart and I was irn via c-section. My mum has said how my sister wailed a whole bunch becasue she didn't understand why my mum couldn't pick her up.

My mom had 5 kids, and we're all within a year or two of the next sibling. Let's see, when I was born my next sister was 22 months and my sister above that was 3.5 ish. I honestly don't know how my mom did it, and she doesn't either!

My sisters are 362 days apart! Less than a year. But my mom swears it wasn't that hard. She said my youngest sister basically ate and slept until she was 8 months old. Never cried. My aunt did. My cousins are 16 months apart. They were raised by my aunt, a single mother, who worked FT as a nurse. Her parents (our grandparents) helped a lot, though.

My sisters are 20 months apart. Third sis came along 27 months later. I'm #4, and I was born 9 years later. My youngest sister was born 9 years after me.

I had two under two.

My mom had the luxury of time, so my first sister and I are 2.5 years apart, my brother is 8 years younger than me and my little sister is 11 years younger. Optimal spacing for a big family I think.

My sister had 3 under 3 (first was adopted). She calls those years the "lost years".

I'm an only child, but my MIL did. My husband is a twin (they're the oldest), then they have a younger brother that's just under 2 years younger, then she had a stillbirth ( ), and then another boy. So she was almost continuously pregnant, and wound up with 4 under the age of 5. And not too long after that married a guy with another 2 kids very close to their age, so she wound up 6 between the ages of 5 and 10. I have NO idea how she handled it.

My brother and I are 14 months apart. My parents worked opposite shifts in order to avoid paying for child care. My grandparents used to take us for an overnight every few weeks. My parents say it saved their marriage!

@Mrs. Jacks: I love "the lost years". With 3 under 1 year old I seriously can not remember that first year!!
