@Mrs. Train: I always think of you when she reminds me of those times! She also says all she remembers is snapshot images of certain moments... hers were a little more spaced out than yours but not by much!

Yep! My brother and I are 16 months apart. Most people thought we were twins once I became a toddler. She had her hands full

My mom had 4 kids in 5 years. I'm the oldest and my brother is 12 months and 1 week apart from me. Crazy!!! She then had my next brother the following November and then took a years break and then had my youngest brother...
She has said it was difficult as we were all spirited... (Code for hyper lol) But she stayed home with us until I was about 13 I think. My dad also worked shift work when I was young and then took another job where he travelled a lot.

@MamaChin: My LOs are just under 16 months apart. The first 6 months are the hardest. Once the younger one can play with their sibling it gets easier. I found that there wasn't much jealousy directed towards his little sister when she arrived. He took it out on us instead. But he is great now.

@bluestriped bee: my brothers and I are extremely similarly spaces out like you and your siblings!
My brother and I are 1 year and 12 days apart and my brothers are about 16 1/2 months apart! She said it was hard, but doable and she wouldn't change a thing.
Mine are 1 day shy of 15 months apart. It's only day 3 of 2 under 1 1/2 so we'll see how it goes haha

@sarbear: oh, cool. Yeah, I don't think my mom would say it was hard back then either. Although, I wonder if she just forgot it all.

Yup, it took them 5 years to get KU with me so they started trying again right away, and my sister and I are 16 months apart as a result. I have no idea how she did it!

My sister and I are 1 minute apart. DH and his sister are 2 minutes apart.
Does that count?

My sister and I are 5.5 years apart, but DH and his sister are 22 months apart. Once my MIL had to fly by herself while pregnant with a toddler!
