@Radish: Same here! I never had to suck in my stomach!
I loved being pregnant and felt great. A big part of it was that my hair was so thick and luscious.

@HLK208: I came into this thread just to tell you to hush. YOU LOOK AWESOME. Like, hott, awesome, not just cute.

Second trimester I felt confident!
First I just feel fat and tired. Third cellulite covered every inch of my body.

@HLK208: You are one of the prettiest pregnant ladies around! Your photos are gorgeous.
I definitely had the glow and nice skin but felt so huge and sweaty towards the end so didn't have a professional maternity photoshoot (big regrets now)! We did an at home photoshoot but my camera was stolen before I was able to upload it.

@HLK208: you are sooo beautiful pregnant!
I was a hot mess. Greasy, 60+lbs, swollen, flushed skin, double chin and I felt terrible with pre-e at the end. Really not cute. Very few photos exist.

My skin was horrible but I felt sexy and attractive during my pregnancy!

I really enjoyed my pregnancy and felt really good during it. I felt attractive for the most part.
And then I saw pics of myself...........

I really did, especially in early labor. I look at the photos of myself laboring nude and I miss that shape. It's it's own kind of beautiful.
Eta: I didn't love the way I looked in most clothes. I felt awkward. But nude, I felt beautiful.

I felt so pretty! The only times I felt bad were when one person asked if it was my second pregnancy because I was so big at 25 weeks and again at 29 weeks when someone asked me to not go into labor in the show house. Then, I felt like a beached whale.

I'm at 28 weeks, and I think I almost prefer my body pregnant. I have a very small bust, so it's really nice to have some more shape up top. My skin seems a little better than normal, too.

@HLK208: You look AMAZING in those pictures. Seriously. I know exactly how you feel but, really, you look fabulous!
Andddddddddddd no. That's the main reason why I hate being pregnant. I feel ugly, fat and gross the entire time. I never get a cute bump really- I just get bigger. I had so many people tell me when I was 30+ weeks pregnant that they had no idea I was that far along, etc...which is not awesome to hear when you're up 40+ pounds and FEELING hugely pregnant and miserable. I gain a lot of weight in my face.
I also feel more attractive when I can work out hard and since I can't while pregnant I just feel like a blob.

@Kimberlybee: @rachiecakes: @Running Elley: @littlek: seriously, thank you!
@Running Elley: yep, when I can't work out, I feel absolutely gross. My face gains as soon as I get the positive test lol.
I know it sounds superficial since being pregnant is just for a short period of time...but it's also really hard to want to avoid having my picture taken! My parents saw the photos and said, "yeah, your face looks pretty swollen" so that didn't help.

@night cheese: My skin cleared up as well thanks to pregnancy!
@winniebee: Cellulite is getting so bad for me in the third tri. UGH
@HLK208: I was expecting the swollen face and mid-section but not the extra fatty arms, thighs, and swollen ankles. I feel pretty good about my body most of the time... until I look at pictures!! I look waaaay better in my head than in photos. haha
Off to check out yours now!! But I know you're smokin already fellow July mama!

26 weeks and so far feeling really good about how I look... as long as I don't look at pictures. In pictures I feel like my face looks huge (I have a round face to begin with, and my chin is probably my least favorite feature on my body, and it's only gotten worse), and I can tell my legs are getting bigger. But I just stay away from pictures and I feel amazing. I'm interested to see if that lasts as I get bigger. I'm up 24 pounds already, so I'm a little scared of how big I'll get.
