Same as @highwire: I just said I had a doctor's appointment and no one ever questioned me.

I just said that I had a doctor's appointment. My 2nd appointment, was two weeks after the first, and she did ask if everything was ok. I said yep, they just wanted to re-run some tests. She didn't say anything for the 3rd appointment. Then when I did tell her I was pregnant, she said that she thought I might be cause I had been to the doctor when I usually only go once a year.

I'm just planning to say a doctor's appointment. No one questions that here. If there are a lot together I can always say dentist-- everyone knows I have teeth issues since I complain about it. But the way the timing works out, I don't think I'll need to take much off before I tell anyway-- 1 appt at 8 weeks, before Christmas, then I'm out of the office on and off for almost a month and will tell at the end of Jan.

I just said appointments and would maneuver my way to not have to tell my boss every time. He doesn't truly manage my day to day (I meet with him bi-weekly), so if I had to leave or come in late, I would occasionally tell his assistant in case he looked for me. I had multiple appointments within a span of a few weeks so I think he may have gotten suspicious, but honestly, he doesn't need to know yet and I'm sure he'd be fine if I wasn't explicitly clear anyways.
