I've been so nauseous and tired the past few weeks that I've hardly exercised at all! I'm going to be a whale if I keep this up. Anyone else?

I did squat in my 1st trimester! All I do is lay around and sleep for 10+ hours. I plan to do some light swimming now that it's summer and I feel better! I also think in the summer time I'm just more active in general. I wasn't working out regularly so I'm not gonna suddenly start going nuts (not that I want to anyway )

I didn't start exercising until my 2nd trimester, then stopped again in my 3rd!
Still lost 5 lbs in my first trimester because everything made me nauseous.

Totally normal! I went from going 5 days a week to once if I was lucky. During the first tri, anything goes. The most important thing is to keep yourself as comfortable as possible! Once you're in the second tri, you'll feel better and more up to exercise. I now go 3x/week.
