Yes, I know this topic has been done before, but I'm having a freak out moment. I am generally an overall healthy eater, but during pregnancy I haven't been too strict with myself (for a while nothing sounded good). Currently being hard on myself for not being the healthiest, most organic eater on earth. I eat occasional chips, candy, sweets, gluten, tons of nonorganic fruits, had half a soda yesterday. Also go out for lunch a lot (not fast food), but I'm sure Panera soups have preservatives and additives and things.

Please tell me about all the awful things you ate during pregnancy and the healthy, brilliant kids you have so I'll stop freaking out. Thanks!
