I need to start thinking about it soon. I think my MIL will watch my girls but she wants them them to stay at her house instead of sleeping over at our place. We live blocks away so I guess it isn't a big deal either way!

no plan since olive came 5 weeks early. we ended up asking our babysitter to spend the night, and my mom got on a red eye flight from la. it worked out!

She will probably stay with my IL since they are closer to the hospital but I know my parents will beg for her. We'll see. Either way I know we have it covered. I might convince my mom that she can't take her so I can have her in the room with me and that may clear up some drama.

We have some options but no real plan. Only family nearby is my younger bil, who works and probably wouldn't want to take off at a moments notice. Two Sahm friends have said they can help. So it will be a combo of those three probably and Dh will only stay the first night I think.
I asked my mom (5 hour drive) about it and it would be too hard for her to take a few days off work. For the birth of her grandchild. Maybe I'm being selfish but I think that sucks.

Well, kind of. My first choice is out of town the week before my due date but comes back the day after so hopefully that will all work out. LO will have a blast with her and her family. I have a second choice but am a bit worried about her at the moment..... So, hoping baby will cooperate and stay put until our first choice is back in town

My in-laws live close to us, so they will probably watch my son while I'm at the hospital.

My dad gets to town 3 days before my due date. If LO comes before that we have multiple friends who have offered to keep her, all of whom live within 5 minutes of our house and who LO has stayed with before.
