I've been getting pretty wicked headaches the past couple of days -- I'm eating frequently and keeping hydrated, but they come anyway. I'm pretty prone to headaches as it is, but I would typically take Excedrin or Ibuprofen, neither of which I can take right now.

If I was at home, I would just lay down, but I can't do that at work, and I can't afford a sick day right now with me only being 5 weeks along. I'm sure I'll be sicker than this eventually

So does anybody have any pregnancy-safe tips for dissipating headaches? I can feel tension in my jaw so it's probably related to stress, but once it comes on, there's usually so little I can do.
