When pregnant with my first DD, I just turned off getting BabyGal emails. There are always sales and cute clothes... Buy them later after your shower or better yet, as she grows.

So instead of buying too many clothes while pg, I just put all my energy into baby gear research instead. That's a whole other world of temptation, but one that can't really be avoided either! Meanwhile, you'll probably get lots of clothes as gifts.
