How much sleep are you getting?

I have had such a hard time sleeping since 20 weeks (now 29 weeks). I had pretty bad insomnia for awhile and my midwife finally OK'd 1/2 unisom every night. Doesn't seem to be working lately (not sure if it's because I've been sick). Anyways, I probably am only getting 6 hours lately all in - I go to bed early enough, and often fall asleep right away, but wake up 4-5 times a night - to pee and just because I'm uncomfortable, and it's getting more and more difficult to fall back asleep. I try deep breathing, etc, but sometimes I'm just plain restless.

What about you? What are your tricks?
