I feel like crap right now and I'm hungry. I know I should eat healthy but I just want to eat comfort foods.

It was really good but I got diagnosed with GD at 6 weeks. You should indulge in some comfort foods because you work out so much!

Hahaha. I laughed when I read this title. I was way more concerned with keeping anything down to worry about nutrition. So um, not very good.

In the beginning good. Now I'm eating fried cheesecake. Last night I had fried ice cream. Hey I figure as long as it stays down...

Absolute crap. It was with C too, luckily he turned out awesome, so I'm sticking with my multi-vitamin and whatever I can keep down until this passes.
Early on, it was the best it's ever been. But at this point I'm just in survival mode on bad days. Good days I try to eat well, but bad days like yesterday, well- I ate a cupcake.

Between the nausea and complete lack of appetite, I lost 8 lbs... Luckily she took what she needed, though I blame myself for the white spots on her teeth! (demineralization).

It was SO bad. I could only keep down things like crackers and bread. I tried to eat healthy foods, but it just didn't work.

I couldn't keep anything down and lost weight All I could eat were Pilsbury crescent rolls. Yum.

Umm I've done decently. Even with G when I practically lived in the bathroom I tried to eat well.. it just all came back up. lol. It has been more difficult with P & this time though b/c I'm exhausted and really don't want to even get up to grab a larabar from the pantry some days! ugh!

1st trimester = whatever I could keep down. Nutrition was not a priority.

I was just focused on keeping things down. I ate tortillas, goldfish crackers, and Cheerios for weeks! Not good.

I ate Chinese food for weeks. It was all I craved and apparently, could stomach.

Honestly, I ate crap. Carbs, carbs and more carbs because that is all I could stomach. I'm slowly getting back into salads and better foods now that I'm almost 15 weeks but I still don't want some healthy foods that I used to love.

crap, worst I've eaten since freshman year of college. i focused on just getting calories down and worried about nutrition later!

It was terrible. I can't tell you how many Freebird burritos I ate in such a small span of time (of course this is now a huge aversion!) I am now eating much better, which started at around 15 weeks.

Oh it was utter crap. I ate carbs, carbs and more carbs and still managed to lose 10 pounds. Dinner was either pizza, KD or grilled cheese, much to DH's delight. The only good food I ate was strawberries, sliced on top of my heaping bowls of Cap'N Crunch.

First trimester, great. Second trimester, less than stellar.

my entire first trimester i ate complete crap. NOT JOKING. anything that would stay down and sadly it was all junk food + ice cream + carbs carbs and more carbs.
then my 2 / 3rd trimesters made up for it bc i had NO crap food cravings.

I had a lot of aversions in the first trimester, and baby mainly craved carbs! Luckily I didn't pack on much weight and have been eating healthy after the first trimester wave hit. I was also diagnosed with GD early at 18 weeks and have been eating like a healthy nut ever since. I miss carbs and sweets, but I'm thankful that I am eating well for baby.

Total crap. I joked that she's definitely DH's baby, because the only things she'll tolerate are junk that I never normally do. My staple diet was pizza, mac & cheese, and cheese curls when I was able to eat much of anything at all. Much of the time it was crackers and ginger ale. I'm having trouble recalling a single vegetable that stayed down during my entire first trimester...though I made a few valiant efforts with generally disastrous results.
My nausea finally abated somewhere between 16 and 17 weeks, and I'm slowly reincorporating more healthy foods (and cutting out the junk).

Hot Cheetos puffs with lemon is totally healthy right?
I tried to make sure to take my prenatal pills and iron pills, plus drink lots of water but realistically I was so sick I just ate chips most of the time. This lasted all the way until close to 5 months. I would eat healthy whenever possible but it didn't stay down most of the time. Poor baby girl.

Like most everyone else I had all day nausea for 20 weeks and all
I could stomach was carbs, carbs, carbs...bagels and cereal every morning, veggie subs for every lunch, pasta/pizza/BLT for dinner...my husband gained a ton of weight eating all those carbs with me bc I could not stand the smell of meat (except for bacon).
