i wouldn't say anything, but i'd definitely notice and probably make a comment to my husband about it quietly. but like some other previous posters have said, i don't know her circumstances at all and women in Europe and other parts of the world definitely have more leniency when it comes to drinking during pregnancy. the choice is ultimately up to her.
there was an episode on nurse jackie where a woman comes in looking 8 months pregnant and she's smoking/drinking, everyone is judging and turns out she has a gigantic tumor that she has chosen to not remove, not a baby. anyway, far fetched, but who the heck knows.

I would honestly be judging her. I personally think alcohol is not something one should consume while pregnant, because there is no definitive answer that it's ok. However, I know some doctors will say a little is ok so I wouldn't really judge a sip or even a glass..but in this case it sounds like the woman is careless.
