@Mrs. Pinata: when I was googling back then I did find some stuff about people being put on steroids to help with motility (DH's only issue is morphology though)

Thanks ladies. Yesterday was a tough day esp after AF showed in the afternoon. I was just a on and off sobbing mess. Well, guess I'll be drinking when one of my closets friend visits this weekend!

I was just going over my history again to send to DH to see what he though. So not including the first 7 months where I had 2 90 day cycles....

    3 natural cycles (O CD 22, 29, 25)
    1 Clomid @ 50mg, good response (O CD 18)
    1 Clomid @ 50mg, bad/no response (O CD 35),
    1 natural (O CD28)
    2 Clomid @ 100 (monitored) O CD 19, 17
1 natural (O CD 18, but he was out of town)
1 Letrozole @5mg.. .that was this weird cycle, which I think I didn't respond well to My LP has always been 14-15 days, this time it was only 12 this time. (7dpo progesterone was 15 though, same as Clomid cycles)

I was trying to decide if I should do a medicated or natural cycle next. The cycle after next will be natural since we're going on a trip, and after that, I'm ready to move on, which we have an appointment to discuss next Tue. I was thinking of Clomid/IUI once more and unmedicated after that if that doesn't work, or just 2 unmedicated cycles... ahh...!
what would you think just seeing that data?

Hi ladies - thought I would check in and give an update.

I am on my third week of BCP (@lazypanda: I'm off the TTW ) and received all my meds for the FET yesterday. I will start daily lupron injections on Saturday and have my first baseline U/S on June 24th. Can't believe we are going for it! Excited, mostly!

@PurplePumps: I'm really sorry about AF arriving and wanted to send you a hug! What does your doc recommend?
@Leialou: I'm so, so sorry to hear about the second beta!
@Mrs. Pinata: I hope your husband is feeling better really soon!!
@Sunshine1810: Wishing you much luck for Friday!
@FliegepilzHut: Wishing you much luck with starting your lupron today!

    Hugs for everyone out there!!

@GreenThumb: She is supposed to call me today to discuss this cycle, but I feel her guess is about as good as mine since I'm "unexplained" and she's just shooting in the dark with trial and error too. We have a more in depth appt on Tue to discuss a path forward, but by then I'll be on CD7 and probably too late to take meds if I wanted to this cycle.

@PurplePumps: I'm not sure what to suggest although you are getting close to the max recommended cycles of clomid but I am wondering if she has ruled out PCOS. Sorry if you have already mentioned previously but what testing have you and your SO had done at this point??

@mrswin: She hasn't mentioned PCOS as a possibility. I've done CD3, 10, 7dpo blood work multiple times (prior to medicated cycles as well), including TSH levels (all normal) and HSG, baseline U/S a year ago before all the meds that looked fine. DH has just done a SA.

@PurplePumps: Ugh. That totally stinks to not have had success yet. I definitely don't have good advice in terms of treatment. We lean toward the natural route, so if it were us we would look at acupuncture or chiropractic (of course one that specializes in infertility) and they might find some other kind of unbalances that REs don't look for in blood tests. But, it's unconventional for sure!
Good luck. Keep us posted on your apt. with the RE and what is suggested.
