I would love to live in Europe, either France or Italy. We've talked about moving abroad for a little while, and hopefully we can make that a reality! It would be temporary of course, but if we could, I'd move right away!
What about you?

We'd go to Europe in a heartbeat! I've always wanted to go to Sweden or Denmark.

Europe or Canada.
Domestically Upstate NY (where D is from), MN or Colorado. Maybe Alaska!

I'd really love to live in the country with acres of farm land - but maybe only a few hours away from the ocean since I feel like I'm suffocating if I'm not near a large body of water.
Then again, I'm a city girl so even though I've always admired a simple life, I'm not sure I'd love it.
As far as another country, Nice, France is where DH and I have decided to move to someday.

I have a long list.
If it had to be within the USA: Portland or NYC (Park Slope).
Within Europe: Copenhagen, Barcelona, or Paris.
Rest of the world: Marrakech, Beirut, Abu Dhabi, or anywhere in New Zealand!

Italy, Greece, Spain New Zealand Australia
Or California to be back closer to my fam

English countryside outside of York.
US- Near the Outer Banks. I just loved everything about it (and since it's -33(F) with the wind chill here right now, the 50 degrees above 0 sounds delightful).

San Diego, CA. Maybe somewhere in the east coast with pretty trees if we landed the right jobs.
I'd go anywhere with fast internet and reasonably fresh air if it was temporary. If DH is offered another position to S.Korea or France for a year, we'd likely accept!

I was going to ask the same question!
Right now, I would move closer to family. Specifically, a town that's about 6 hours from my parents and about 2.5 from my ILs. We're seriously considering it, but I think it will be a couple of years before we can make a final decision.
Barring my desire to be closer to family, I would be up for moving almost anywhere! I love change!

I don't know...I really love where I live now! Maybe somewhere slightly offbeat, but not too crazy, like Norway or Finland. I love Scandinavian style!

I'm from Northern Australia and DH & I have always wanted to live in Southern Alaska... hahah drastic enough?

My husband found a gorgeous little town in Oregon near Eugene that'd love to live in, I love Oregon we really do have it all.
Outside the US I'd like to live in Switzerland .

Back home in Seattle! It's beautiful here but it just doesn't feel like home

Within the US, I would choose somewhere on the west coast. Outside of the US, I would love to live in Hong Kong, Japan, or Korea.

Back home in St. Louis! Not exciting, but that's where I want to be.

In the little house on the prairie out west, with no neighbors and completely self sufficient :-). Unfortunately time travel is tough these days and there isn't much unclaimed territory left lol.

I'm so ready for a culture change...! Anywhere sounds good about now!

I would really love to live abroad. The most obvious place for us would be London. DH has gotten a few calls from headhunters about possible positions there, but he is resistant to going for a variety of reasons. I also just started a new job, but living abroad has been a dream of mine for enough time that I think I could figure out a career diversion if needed.
@Arden: We'd love to have you in Brooklyn!

I live in Virginia - I would love to live somewhere like Chicago or NYC. Not permanently..just to experience city living. I love visiting DC because of how easy it is to get around by walking/metro!

Chicago or Germany. Both places we've been to and can absolutely imagine raising our family there.
I've thought often about moving abroad for a few years. I think it'll be such an amazing experience for our kids. Alas, there's this little pesky thing called a mortgage.

My brother just moved back to our hometown last summer, and I'm so jealous of him! Where we live now and where we will end up is dependent on my career (grad school now and eventually I'll go on the academic job market...) and it's pretty unnerving not to know where we'll be, but I would love to end up in a small college town like the one I grew up in!

I was going to say back in Oregon. We're thinking of moving to bend in a few years. But my dream is to live in Paris. I love it there.

Omg anywhere. I really don't like my city. I'd love to move to Austin... or even back to Houston.
Ideally though, I'd move to somewhere in the NE or Midwest. I want my 4 seasons back!! And you know, culture.

We love where we live, so if we were to live elsewhere we've talked about DC/Maryland/Virginia because it feels similar.

SoCal, or Charleston Warmer than where I am now, charming, and great places to raise a family.
