How do you take it? My DHA pill (Spectrum) appears to have been discontinued so I picked up a bottle of Nordic Naturals DHA today. I just noticed it says you need to take two pills. Do you take them together, or split up during the day? I'm afraid to take two at once and then feel sick or something.

I buy the strawberry flavored ones. I take them before bed with my prenatal. They never make me feel sick, but they do give me strawberry flavored burps, which I'll take any day over fishy burps!

I also take 2 together. I think you're supposed to take them with food.

I take it after meals, sometimes one at a time and sometimes two... Regular flavor, I have never ever had a fishy burp!

I buy the 1000mg strawberry but only take 1 and I take it after dinner.

They're big pills but they go down easy and don't give you the fish burps!

I take them together, but store them in the freezer...that eliminates the fish burps for me!
