What does your user name mean? My last name starts with an H - kind of boring.
Where are you from? Michigan
Describe your family? Right now it is DH and I. We have three fur babies including two labradors and a rescue kitty.
SAHM/WAHM/WOHM/Other? I'll be a WOHM.
Fun Fact? I met my DH on eHarmony.
What are you most excited about right now? Being pregnant on Mother's Day. My DH got me a cute mom-to-be card.

Describe your family? DH, me, our 9 month old boy. I'm petitioning for a cat but DH is resisting!
SAHM/WAHM/WOHM/Other? mostly SAH, occasionally WAH. I do proofreading for a family members company. 5 or 6 hours a week tops
Fun Fact? DH and I only met because on a whim one day he was bored and decided to move half way across the world (he is originally from CA) because his friend who worked here in NZ was all yeah come on over... I might be able to get you a job.
What are you most excited about right now? the potato soup and bread bowls we're having for dinner tonight?

What does your user name mean? I'm a mama and it is my last name.
Where are you from? Originally from Buffalo, NY but we now live in Houston, TX
Describe your family? DH, DD who is 3 and DS who is 14 months.
SAHM/WAHM/WOHM/Other? SAHM but I have two part time jobs where I tutor students. I was suppose to start teaching at a Community College this fall, but I think that is going to have to go on hold.
Fun Fact? Even though I'm due in January, this baby will be born in December (I'm going to have a c-section) and my husband (the CPA) couldn't be happier about that!
What are you most excited about right now? DS just learned, on his way upstairs to take a bath, how to blow kisses and thought it was the funniest thing in the world! It was pretty cute!

Describe your family? Currently living in our house is me, my hubs, our three dogs, and two cats.
SAHM/WAHM/WOHM/Other? WOHM. I'm the breadwinner in the family as my husband is still looking for a permanent position. I'll get my 6 weeks maternity leave (8 if I have a c-section) and go back to work. My LO will have to be in daycare as we have no family that could watch him/her (all our parents and relatives work).
Fun Fact? When I first met my husband I thought he was creepy
Turns out he was just extremely shy and that's why he didn't talk. What are you most excited about right now? Our first appt May 31st, we're hoping to get to see the heartbeat at that appointment. If that happens, we actually have a family dinner planned that night and we'll get to tell my side of the family and then we're doing a late Mother's Day early Father's Day that weekend with my in-laws so we'll tell them then.

Fun Fact? Oh gosh this is a hard one. Fun fact about me is that I went to the movie with three of the members of NSYNC when I was 22.
What are you most excited about right now? I'm just taking this one day at a time and telling that baby to set up shop and grow baby grow:)

@wahine08: It wasn't all that cool. The body guard asked me to join. The movie was awful and he kept trying to put his hand on my thigh and be creepy.
I can't wait to tell my friends and family too! DH is so excited and I want to be right there with him, but feel the need to hold back just a little bit longer.

What are you most excited about right now? My ultrasound Thursday, my son's birthday party Sunday and his first birthday a week from today! The last one makes me a little sad too though -

Where are you from? Good ole Nebraska
Describe your family? DH & I met over 4 years ago, have been married 2 1/2 years. We have a cat (I'm sorry he is my cat), & two dogs. One we adopted together the other was mine before we met.
SAHM/WAHM/WOHM/Other? undecided. DH is up for a big promotion so we will see how that pans out. I will probably continue to work out of the home now that my mom is in town. Who knows maybe I'll go back to school.
Fun Fact? I love to go fishing! Dh's family has a cabin just outside of town & I can't wait to get back out there.
What are you most excited about right now? Being pregnant & seeing DH "glowing" over the excitement.
@MamaBehr: HA seriously had the conversation last month about the possibility of having a baby at the end of 2013 & the benefits we would receive from it. DH hasn't even brought that up yet now that we are due for a 2014 baby. I wonder when that will hit him lol.
