Our daughter Marlowe arrived 36 minutes after her due date on July 8, weighing 6 lbs 7 oz. My L&D was super quick compared to her older brother and I didn't make it in time for an epidural! No stitches/tearing though so my recovery has been great. Just waiting for my milk to come in, this girl loves to feed! We are so in love and settling in as a family of 4!
Love hearing about all the baby's arrivals!

We are doing good. Starting to get a schedule going. Big brother has for the most part been good. He told my DH that mommy doesn't want him any more. So DH took baby to doctor appointment and I stayed home with DS and watched a movie and snuggled. That seems to have really helped. Talk about break your heart! -

@turkeylurkey: Awww! He's just expressing himself, but that's so hard to hear as a mama! You did the right thing by carving out time for him. I'm doing my best to make time for my LO each day and try not to have his baby brother in my arms everytime he sees me. It's hard though!

Congrats to all the July mamas so far!
Audrey Maureen made her appearance a week early on 7/7 7 lbs 14 oz and 19.5 inches! I am so in love. Biggest challenge is settling in as a family of 4. I have DH home till Monday then I'm on my own!

Excited to announce that our wonderful baby boy arrived this afternoon after my water broke early this morning! He is 7 lbs 9 oz and 19 inches long. He is so sweet and I feel so much better than with LO#1 already! Looks like the membrane sweep yesterday was the little push we needed!

Hi ladies! I'm sorry I dropped off our due date board but I just couldn't keep up with it! But I did want to pop by and say that Amelia Elaine was born a week early on 7/8/15. I labored at home with my DH and doula til 7 cm, then went to the hospital, where progress slowed waaaaay down. It seemed baby was stubborn and way too comfy in my belly because she did not descend or move at all in 22 hours of labor! I pushed unmedicated for 3.5 hours, got an epidural to see if it would help me push more comfortably, and pushed another 45--nothing! Ended up with a c-section in the end. I feel very at peace with how it all went and absolutely crazy about my precious baby! Love to everyone else home with their newborn!
