When I was pregnant with N, I had it pretty easy. I was sick a handful of times. I lost 30 pounds with the whole pregnancy. He moved around like crazy, even more to music. I craved fresh fruit and mashed potatoes.
With this pregnancy, I have been extremely sick. I never dreamed it would be like this. I have lost 11 pounds thus far in the pregnancy. (In between pregnancies I lost more weight too). The only fruits I want to eat are apples, and bananas. I am pretty sure I could eat my body weight in mashed potatoes and gravy as well.
I am nearly 19 weeks along with another little boy. Every pregnancy is different. I am hoping that next time I get pregnant (yes I plan to do this over again.) that my pregnancy is more like the one with N.

Pregnancy 1: No sickness, ever. Very mild food aversions. Gained 45 pounds (eek).
Pregnancy 2: Horrible morning sickness until 15 or so weeks. Strong food aversions. Only gained 17 pounds.
Both boys!

Pregnancy 1: All day MS until 14 weeks, threw up every morning and had strong carb cravings. I had bad heartburn starting at 8 weeks alllll the way through. Gained 45 pounds. Boy
Pregnancy 2: All day nausea through 11 weeks, only threw up once or twice. I was still able to eat most things- aversions were just day to day. I've had A LOT more energy this time around (but I'm not sure if that's just out of necessity). Nesting has been out of control. I've also been more emotional than normal- WAY more emotional. I've gained less than 20 pounds and only have a few weeks left. Girl!

The only difference between mine was that I broke out like a teenager during my first one (a girl) and I did not during my second (a boy).

Pregnancy #2 was much MUCH easier. I was able to control my morning sickness and was just less tired in general.

Pregnancy #1--lots of morning sickness and puking for 13 weeks, severe fatigue, gained weight in my WHOLE BODY (about 26 lbs overall, but lots in my butt and legs), had PIH--went on bed rest. GIRL.
Pregnancy #1--zero morning sickness, zero fatigue (didn't even feel pregnant in the first tri), only gained weight in my belly, my belly sticks out 10x more than it did with #1 (carrying TOTALLY differently), have PIH, put on modified bed rest. GIRL.
ETA: With #1 I WAS SO TIRED the whole time. With #2, I was able to keep up with the 30 Day Shred until 14 weeks. I just wasn't tired! I totally thought it would be a boy!

My first: lots of energy, extreme morning sickness but that was it and I had a boy
Second: no energy, very difficult pregnancy, I threw up 5x a day, my entire body was always weak and tired. I had a girl.

#1 No morning sickness, slight fatigue, huge belly, great skin, gained about 40 lbs. Had a boy.
#2 Horrible morning sickness, extreme fatigue in first tri, awful skin, 22 weeks now and haven't gained much weight. Having a girl.

With my first, I suffered quite a bit from hyperemesis gravidarum. I didn't know what to expect or how to manage my sickness, and my doctors were not helpful/proactive in managing my illness. I was also a lot more emotional (probably somewhat related to feeling guilty and isolated by the HG). I had carpal tunnel, heartburn, and a few aches and pains. I gained 8 pounds and had 6.5 pound girl.
Before my second, I really researched HG and came up with a treatment plan with my doctors which helped immensely in managing my HG; I didn't suffer as much, and I was able to gain 12 pounds with a 7+ pound baby boy. I wasn't as emotional, but I had a lot more pain/physical discomfort. I carried lower, and I had some additional complications related to cord issues and IUGR concerns. I also had choleostasis, which made me soooooooo miserable at the end. My first pregnancy was harder emotionally, but my second pregnancy was much more difficult physically.

Pregnancy #1: I had nausea for the first 15 weeks, never threw up but just felt terrible and exhausted. Craved sweets and ice. Could not stand chicken or red meat. girl
Pregnancy #2: Didn't feel too sick, craved red meat. Was pretty tired. I hardly remember being pregnant hahaha boy
Pregnancy #3: Felt sick until 14 weeks or so, never threw up. Craving peanutbutter and ice, but never anything specific for a long time. This will be a boy (due in January)
Up until this last pregnancy I was convinced that boy and girl pregnancies were so different, but this third pregnancy has been a weird mix of similar and different things that don't point to one particular gender.

Pregnancy #1: No morning sickness whatsoever, ate tons of carbs and white crap, gained 80 lbs. Carried low, but not really low. Boy.
Pregnancy #2: Extremely minimal morning sickness, like, just occasional queasiness, doesn't even qualify as morning sickness. But I was eating less carbs. Gained nothing. Carried high. Girl.
Pregnancy #3, currently 35 weeks: More morning sickness, but still very, very, VERY minimal. Very few carbs and grains (I think this is what affects how I feel on my stomach in the first tri). Gained 20ish lbs. so far. Carrying much like I did with our boy. Two ultrasound guesses for a girl (because they couldn't see ANYTHING, so that makes it a pretty automatic girl guess), but my intuition through this entire pregnancy and of those around me and the way I'm carrying says boy. I'm so confused, lol.

My pregnancies have been almost identical so far!
Pregnancy #1: no morning sickness, no complications or discomforts of any kind other than heartburn (but I didn't mind as DD was born with a full, full head of hair!). No real cravings or aversions. Gained 32 lbs. Loved being pregnant.
Pregnancy #2: I'm now 24.5 weeks along, had two days of mild nausea at the beginning but felt great since then. Very emotional though! No cravings or aversions although I am constantly hungry. Gained 20 lbs so far (yikes!) and am carrying exactly the same again - super high and tight! TG again but think it's another girl. Once again, enjoying pregnancy.

1st, boy, very easy. Practically no nausea at all, very tired the 1st tri but felt great afterwards. Had a normal sex drive. Gained 29lbs.
2nd, girl (I'm 31 weeks), mild nausea from weeks 5-13, not as tired. Very low sex drive, have gained a loooooot of weight so far, but started out quite a bit skinnier this time.
