So they haven't given me a time yet. The nurse said they were busy today, but when I asked if they might cancel she assured me they would get me in. I have to call back at in an hour.

@MrsHansen82: Meh, that sucks. When I got induced, my OB's office called me all frantic, saying the hospital was trying to get in touch with me to come in. (Uh, zero calls on my phone.) They demanded we come in right then. Then we waited for an hour for a room. Ugh. I hope they get their act together for you soon!

I have to call in 3 hours before my appointment on wednesday to see if they can get me in also. It seems like common practice. I guess a lot of women are going into labor today at your hospital!

@MrsHansen82: sorry your stuck waiting, that sounds like no fun at all.
Just had my Dr appt. 2cm dilated and 40% effaced. And I think I've now lost all of my mucus plug, was loosing bits all weekend and a big blob today that was a bit pink! So fingers crossed things are starting to get moving! Dr did a sweep today too, but he did those the last time and they didn't help get things going at all. I think I've finally hit the point of being ready to be done....my tolerance for people at work is gone. Hahaha

I'm late in updating, but baby girl was born Friday, 1/16, on her due date at 11:15 pm! 18 inches, 7 lb 8 oz. I was induced after my blood pressure caused concern at the dr., but everything moved along quickly. We had been team green and it was so wonderful to find out we have a daughter!! I am so in love. And so glad to find out she has some birthday twins! Thinking of you other mamas with upcoming due dates and hope you are doing well!
