We picked her real name at 20 weeks when we found out she was a girl and we've been calling her that since. But before then we didn't have a cutesy name picked out even though I wanted one and tried 'Gummi Bear' (that's what she looked like in her first ultrasound ) but it never stuck. My ILs called her Peanut though.

We (well, me) called him the parasite when I was still really sick, but now that it's let up mostly, he's called "bug" or "little bug" between us.
With others he's "Peter Parker" (neither of which is an option for his actual name, but is a joke about my husband's comic book love).
