I am not pregnant anymore, but totally peed when I sneezed. When I delivered I was only 20 wks, so now I"m scared what it will be like when I birth a full term baby.

Try bending your knees when you sneeze! It's saved me many a time!

Oh no! I think I dribbled a few times in my last trimester when I sneezed!

hahaha I soooo did that alllll the time!! lol so awfu I have bladder control issues from giving birth now too and sometimes when I sneeze I still leak a little. It's sooo awful

Cross your legs and clench your muscles!

@photojane: it's the truth. I was in diapers for a couple weeks pp!! Sad awful truths

Part of it was because I had a catheter so that only worsened my situation.

IT was so bad all I had to do was stand up and i'd wet myself all over. Gross. It got a little better but at 6 mos pp still not what it was. I still have to make sure I use the bathroom before any physical activity, like working out; running; dancing, jumping etc

@photojane: It only works if you bend your knees as you're sneezing, so you'd have to curl up if you were sitting down. I started doing it instinctively after a few...ahem..."wet" sneezes, and it's really helped!

I've had this problem, especially when I was sick with a cold for two weeks. It still happens, but mostly with a stray cough. Usually a pantliner liner does the trick. I wear Carefree that have gel in them. I should by stock in Carefree. I'm 23 weeks.

I have had a couple of instances where I thought I peed, but it turned out to be CM. Which I have entirely too much of lately. One of those times was when I had gray leggings on during an 8-hour trip involving two planes and three airports. At the second airport. With a huge wet spot on my crotch.

Pantiliners! Pantiliners!
