Yay for a fresh board and new stats! We have Toddlers now?! Wahhh!!!

LO's name: Kaitlyn
Age: 12 months + 2 weeks (almost)
Weight: 17 lbs 12 oz (as of last Friday)
Length: 29"

Number of Teeth: 6 and half! And another one is visible under the gum.

Clothing Size: 6-12 or 9 m, but starting to pull out some 12-18 just cuz I want her to start wearing them already!

Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: Cruising a lot these days!

How many ounces of formula/BM/milk per day: Nursing ~ 4-5 times in 24/hrs. I've offered Almond Milk, but she's only interested in drinking it for fun out of a cup, and not so much in the straw cup.

How many solid meals a day (and how much): 3 "meals" a day. I use the term meals loosely because she's become kind of picky and will throw and spit out foods, block her mouth, or swat my hands - so I think most of the food ends up on me or the floor these days.

Any Words: Mama, Dada, duck, trying to say dog and "uh-oh", though only we understand it.

Milestone you're most looking forward to: Walking. As much as I don't want her to be Toddler yet, I think things will get easier for me once she can walk. Also a few words to help express when she is frustrated.

How's sleep going: Okay. ~10.5-11 hrs through the night, with one wake-up to eat ~ 9 hrs in. Naps are okay. If I am really consistent and get home for each nap, we can get 2 x 1 hr naps a day.

Any plans for TTC: Thinking of starting NTNP maybe end of the Summer/Fall? We'll have to see if DH falls on board, but we just do PnP method for now.

@Smurfette: whoa, R is cutting ALL FOUR MOLARS?!???.... at least you're getting all that teething out of the way at once, but ouch!

@Mrs. High Heels: yeah even the pedi commented that all 4 gum spots were swollen.

R is breaking my heart, less then an hour nap today. Transitioning is not going well. And she hardly ate lunch, I guess she didn't like what they served today. The teacher said to give it this week but she thinks R are better when I was sending food.

@Adira: Isaac has roughly the same eating schedule as @Smurfette. He nurses when he gets up and before bed. He gets milk with meals and water with snacks. For snacks I give him some fruit and either cheerios or puffs. Some snacks he eats a lot and sometimes not so much.

The little guy did better at daycare today. He cried as soon as he noticed that I walked into his room. He took two naps and his teacher said that when he woke up from his afternoon nap he hung out quietly in his crib for almost half an hour. I have yet to witness him hanging out in his crib quietly at home.

We had so much fun when we got home. Gave him dinner and then we played for a bit while DH cooked. I think he was just happy to be in his own space.

I myself am pooped, but was surprised at how much I remember of my job. As much as I missed Isaac and did not like spending the day away from him, it was nice to be around adults and eat without anyone begging for my food.

Age: 11.5 mths
Weight: 9.6kg (21lb I think)

Number of Teeth: 6

Clothing Size: Mostly 6 - 12 but starting to be able to fit into small 12mths

Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: Almost walking. Has just started standing on her own.

How many ounces of formula/BM/milk per day: Down to 3 milk feeds a day. I am about to work on dropping the mid morning one to be on 2 by her 1st birthday.

How many solid meals a day (and how much): 4 and loving it. I don't think she will miss breast feeding as long as I give her solids instead. We are entirely onto table foods which I love. So much easier.

Any Words: Mama and daddy. Says gah a lot and huzah.

Milestone you're most looking forward to: Walking. Can not wait!

How's sleep going: 95% of the time she sleeps straight through, 6:30 - 6:15ish.

Any plans for TTC: November. Ssssh it's a secret!

@AprilFool: Huzah, that is awesome!!

@Adira: I think it will get easier. I also realized why Isaac is so restless at nights this week. He wants more cuddle and nursing time that he is used to getting in the day. I nursed him about 3am and he is still sound asleep. I actually feel kind of bad that I'm going to have to go wake him in a few minutes so we can get going.

@ALV91711: that totally makes sense he misses his Mommy time during the day. I am glad that yesterday went good for all!!

@Adira: hahah, it really is! I was vigilantly keeping track of all this when I was a FTM!

@AprilFool: HUZAH!! gah, so cute! and welcome to the club!

@Smurfette: that's good she got more naptime in today!

@Smurfette: poor girl, yea sounds like the teeth... i wouldn't be eating with 4 molars coming in either.

@Smurfette: aww poor R! hope those molars come in soon!

@AprilFool: she started standing by herself around Christmas. At least that is when she was comfortable with it. Then the first couple days into Jan, she took her first step. Then it was another month when she started walking, 10+steps at a time.

Length: again, not sure. She's been consistently hovering between 20 and 25%

Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: cruising. She's recently started practicing standing unassisted

How many ounces of formula/BM/milk per day: no idea, she gets BM straight from the source, but we nurse about 9 x a day (short little sessions, mostly)

How many solid meals a day (and how much): 3 meals and 2 snacks. Today is a pretty standard day: strawberries and about 6 or 7 oz of a smoothie (yogurt, blueberries, banana, spinach- she had 3/4 at breakfast and 1/4 for am snack), Annie's and peas (maybe 1/2 cup total?), 1/2 an apple, shredded chicken and broccoli (a lot of it).

Any Words: dada, mama, that?, and more (but more also means "hungry. Feed me now.")

Milestone you're most looking forward to: more words! I love being able to communicate even a little bit with her. She is working on"banana" - she says ba when she sees it in the morning!

How's sleep going: we are finally in a good spot so I expect it will change soon. Typically one wake up between 7pm and 6 or 7 am, takes about an hour or longer nap between 8:30 and 9:30 and then takes at least a 90 minute nap (today it was 2.25 hours) around 1. Usually goes to sleep pretty easily

Any plans for TTC: in 2 years!

Weight:22 lbs (totally guessing on their weight and height)
Length: 29 1/2

Number of Teeth: 6

Clothing Size:6-9 in bottoms and 9-12 in tops

Cruising, Crawling, or Walking: Walking

How many ounces of formula/BM/milk per day: Probably about 20 oz of WCM or formula

How many solid meals a day (and how much): 3 meals. They eat quite a bit, but it's all finger food, etc. so I have no idea how many oz or anything.

Any Words: Mama, Dada, but the ones he says most often are Dog, Go

Milestone you're most looking forward to: More talking! Being done with bottles and formula

How's sleep going: 7 p.m. to 5:30-6:00 a.m. Then he has a bottle and usually goes back to sleep until around 7:00. Naps are hit or miss. We're kind of working on transitioning to one afternoon nap because their naps in the morning and afternoon are getting shorter and shorter.

Any plans for TTC: Sometime in the next year, but we can't decide when exactly.

LO's name: Finn
Age: 12 months
Weight: 19 lbs. 14 oz. (based on my stand on the scale with and without baby method. Very scientific!)
Length:29 in.

Number of Teeth:6 with a couple more on the way

Clothing Size: 6-9 months. His 6-9 bottoms are too big around the waist, but he's almost too tall for them. Skinny Finny.

Milestone you're most looking forward to: Saying Mama! Little stinker says dog all the time, but won't acknowledge his mama!

@Adira: @Smurfette: Our boys do what I think you mean by the whinny voice. WE call it "singing themselves to sleep."

@AprilFool: I'm gonna need my kids to learn "huzah!" That's the cutest thing ever. As for standing. I think the boys were standing with support for about 1-2 months, but they actually never stood without support before they started taking steps.

@Adira: Nope, definitely different little boys in many ways! They do tend to hit physical milestones and teething at similar times, though Finn is a couple teeth ahead of Elliot. Finn has a couple of words that Elliot doesn't say yet. It's crazy how similar and how completely different they are all at the same time.
