I thought a thread to support each others' fitness and health goals during pregnancy would be nice! I'll throw out some "get to know you" questions, and then we can check in on Mondays to see how things have gone and what your goals are for the week. We can let the thread run for two months before starting a new one.

 Starting soon, I'd like to get back into some lighter yoga classes, as well as take my crazy-lady wrist weights back around the neighborhood for walks. Once I'm settled at my new job, DH and I will be canoeing more as well (once we figure out the scheduling). In a perfect world, I'd find a couple of good at-home videos, too.
