DH and I usually plan a trip to see my dad in Florida at the end of April. This lines up nice when the NE winter cabin fever settles in and we get to go somewhere warm. This year though I will be about 32w with LO#1. I can't really go too much earlier because it will be busy season at work and I can't take time off. I could possibly go two weeks earlier, but would prefer not to.
Would I even be able to enjoy a tropical vacation in Florida at 32w? I am not sure what to expect.

Not a tropical vacation, but I went cross-country for a trip to Vermont when I was 32 weeks. It went well and I didn't have any issues, other than maybe being a bit tired. I would totally do it again!

I went away for an anniversary trip at 35 weeks. It was great to get away and change things up for a little while. I vote go!

I went to Mexico at 32 weeks pregnant. No problems, and you will love being in the water that late in pregnancy! It was wonderful and I hope you have a great time!

I travelled around 30 weeks. The plane was a little more uncomfortable but a nice warm week in the sun would make up for it! Just plan to take it easy and allow extra time in the airport and for transfers since you will be a little slower than usual (says the girl who sprinted through the airport only to miss her connection, at 30 weeks!)

The early 30-weeks was the only time I really felt great during my pregnancy, so I say do it! We traveled to NYC when I was around 36 weeks and it was a fantastic trip. I had more energy still, and enjoyed every minute. Have fun!

I would say you're fine! With LO1 I felt great until maybe a week or so before she arrived and even then only just fatigue. This time around I've had a harder pregnancy in general and I would say the discomfort has set in this week (34 weeks). But a relaxing tropical vacation would feel great even now so you should be fine

We had to drive 20+ hours when I was 33 weeks and it was fine (except for stopping to pee a lot!). I would definitely take a vacation around then, as long as you aren't at risk for pre-term labor or something!
I'm probably weird, but I would worry that if I looked too big/farther along they would try to not let me fly, so I would get a note from the doctor clearing me just in case. But I worry too much!

Totally depends on your pregnancy. With DS1, I would have been miserable. With DS2, it would have been fine.
