I've been active for long before I got pregnant and have been keeping up with what I was doing prior to pregnancy with my midwives full support.
I'm 18 weeks and lately I've been getting really sick during workouts, feeling nauseous and throwing up. Usually just once, but this morning was three times.
I slow down and take deep breaths, drink water, keep going and then I'm fine.
I still get morning nausea even in the second trimester so sometimes I wonder if it's partly that in combination with increased exertion.

Did anyone else have this happen? If you brought it up to doctor/midwife, were they concerned?
