Yes it was correct. Since it uses the baby's DNA, I think it is extremely accurate .

My OB has a lot of trust in the results- at the NT scan, he was like, "well, at this point, we're pretty sure it's a girl, but it's not absolutely guaranteed," and when I told him that the Harmony test also said it was a girl, he said, "Oh, ok then! That's a much more definite result!"

Yep accurate! The only way, I think, it's inaccurate, is if there's a mosaic issue with the DNA. In which case there are bigger problems. I would trust the test

I think it has a 99% accuracy. I havent had it yet but it has been correct for all of my friends who have! So excited to find out!

My friend's wife is a genetic counselor and I asked her about the accuracy of the gender results for MateniT21. She said it is possible if your results say girl that it *could* be wrong because the sample didn't contain any male material. And if it says boy, it's possible it could be wrong due to some complicated answer having to do with the placenta. But she said at that point you'd literally be a textbook case because it would be so rare.
