Chopsuey started this thread over a year ago with the same question, so I thought I'd start another one for all those currently pregnant.
I'm 20 weeks and around 7lbs gained, give or take a pound or two depending on the day.

I'm 20 weeks as well but not sure on weight gain, my last appt I was up 4 pounds. I have an appointment on Thursday so I will chime in then! I bet I'm close to 8 pounds gained.

25 weeks and I'm up about 5-6 pounds well at my last appt when I was 21 weeks but I have an appt on Thursday so we'll see then I'll be 26 weeks

33 weeks and a little over 20 pounds? It was exactly 20 at my last appointment, a week ago, but I haven't weighed myself since.

19 weeks and I hadn't lost or gained at my last appt, but in the past few weeks I think I'm up 2 lbs. I'll come back on Wednesday with my official weigh-in (and gender!).

16 weeks and I've lost, not gained so far. I'm -3 officially at the dr's office (from weeks 6-16) and -9 on my scale at home (from around ovulation to now)

@Running Elley: 18 pounds? Seriously? So jealous.
I'm 36.5 weeks and up 25 pounds. I gained 26 total with #1, so looking like I'm going to pass that!

I'm about to make you all feel better...I'm 17 weeks and up 13 pounds

Um, super jealous of all you who have barely gained anything!
I'm 13 weeks and have gained about 9 pounds. I'd like to say it's because there's two in there, but they are only about 2 inches long at this point so it's probably not really that...

@prettylizy: I know!! It's kinda flown by! I'm already progressing so it looks like it'll be over pretty soon:)
@Mrs. J: @Rainbow Sprinkles: Ummm it's called getting pregnant at 4 months PP haha. I hadn't lost all of my E preg weight yet so I didn't really have room to gain much!

@ShootingStar: I'm 32wks tomorrow and haven't gained any weight. Was your doc/MW concerned? I'm measuring on target but I'm getting a precautionary u/s next week. I'm just chalking it up to being a STM and being less pampered this time around.

Sigh, this thread is making me sad. 27 weeks tomorrow and up 22 lbs.
With E, I gained loads in the second tri and tapered off significantly in the third, for a total weight gain of 32 lbs, so hoping it works out again like that this time!

@Ree723: I gained 20 lbs by 30 weeks and I've only gained 3 in the past 2 months. Most of my weight was in the second trimester too. My weight has stayed the same at my last 3 weekly appointments.

I'm 33+ weeks and have gained over 30lbs. I gained 29 total with my first, so I will definitely surpass that. I did start out this pregnancy very skinny though, so I guess my body is just doing what it needs to. In any case, I'm not worried about it.

@mrsmate: Nope, no worry, baby's definitely gaining! He's estimated to be around 7 pounds right now, and at my 36 week appointment I was measuring around 38 weeks.
I hope I didn't make anyone feel bad, I was overweight to begin with and diagnosed with GD at 10 weeks. I think most people, even with their baby weight, weigh much less than I did pre-pregnancy (and now).

WTH!!! How do you all stay so tiny!! With both of my previous pregnancies I gained about 50 lbs, and am on track with that.
30 weeks 6 days and I'm up 30 lbs. And, I'm enjoying my Halloween candy hahaha

@MamaBehr: I am about the same as you!
I am measuring 2 weeks ahead so i'm thinking big baby. I am pretty much all belly though, and quite honestly, am not too concerned about what i'm eating.

I am freaking...
From January to April I lost about 20 lbs and was happy at the weight I was, so I loosened the reigns a bit on the weight loss and stayed pretty much stable. Found out I was pregnant in late June...I didn't gain anything (probably lost about 2 kilos) until about 10 weeks - I didn't have terrible morning sickness but I wasn't hungry and had to force myself to eat. I was so surprised to find out at my 12 week ultrasound that I was up about 8 lbs!! I think it was partly my scales vs my doctors scales, but still it was a shock. I've been trying to eat healthier and get as much exercise as possible since then, but it looks like at 22 weeks I'm up another 7 lbs or so, so about 15 total. I'm just so disappointed because I lost 20 before I got pregnant. Looks like I'm definitely going to surpass my fat weight

39 weeks, and I have gained 12 lbs. I gained between 15-17 lbs with my first. Both times I was diagnosed with GD. This time I was diagnosed 10 weeks earlier at 18 weeks. I've been really great with my diet and constantly chasing around a toddler. On the flip side DS2 is measuring small. I make small babies, but none of the doctors want to hear that. Bleh.
