Hey March moms -
Just wondering how you are all doing with weight gain/loss? In the first 8 weeks I lost about 5lbs, but at my 12 week ultrasound I was up about 10 from my pre-pregnancy weight!!! I think it was partially to do with the doctors scales vs my scales, but still, I got pretty nervous. I lost about 25 lbs prior to getting pregnant and I would love to just get back up to my fat weight during the pregnancy, and not go much higher. Since my 12 week apt I've been eating more sensibly and trying to walk a lot, and I've only put on about 1 lb since then. I know I have to gain weight but I'm so worried about ballooning and not being able to lose the weight after. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be one of those women who gets back into her pre-pregnancy clothes just by breastfeeding and walking with the stroller - it takes work for me, so I'd rather not start from a ridiculous postpartum weight.

Anyway - how are you all feeling about this? Anyone interested in a support thread for healthy weight gain/exercise in pregnancy, esp for the last 3-4 months?

BTW - I'm not very active on the March 2014 thread - I'm 16w6d today.
