I've had a sip or two here and there, but it took us a long time to get this babe. If there's something that is widely advised against (deli meat, alcohol, raw fish), I tend to stay away from it. Zero judgement towards others - everyone needs to do what they feel comfortable with.

I remember having a glass of wine, some sushi, but no cold cuts with my first pregnancy. i was pretty good about keeping track of what not to eat. With my second, I sometimes forgot I was pregnant and would end up accidentally eating deli sandwiches or sushi for lunch. I was pregnant during Labor day weekend, but forgot and ate 5 hot dogs.

Not so far... I was planning to have one last drink right after I found out I was pregnant, but then I read that it can inhibit the implantation process so I decided against it. It took us 15 months and a miscarriage to conceive the first time, but this time we got pregnant our first cycle trying, so I am probably extra paranoid about something going wrong!

I've only had 1 pregnancy so far but I don't see myself being any different with alcohol for future pregnancies. I had sips of DH's drinks here and there all pregnancy but never had a full drink or anything.
The scientist in me knows that there is no way to ethically test what amount is safe and even though I logically feel like all would be fine (looking at women in Europe for example), I could never forgive myself if it caused any problem. And I didn't really find it difficult to not drink for 9 months.

I have only had one pregnancy go full term but I just had sips here and there. I will probably be the same with my next. Now that I am breastfeeding, I am more lax and allow myself a full drink (like sangria or cider.)

I'm only in my first pregnancy, but I'm pretty lax. I've had a single drink (usually wine or beer) with a meal several times throughout the second and third trimester. I've read tons of research and decided I'm not worried about it!

Nope! I restricted my diet the same for both pregnancies: no alcohol, limited caffeine, no deli meats (unless heated), etc.

I haven't drank with either pregnancy but I have been more lax about diet.
