I really feel as though I've lost every scrap of patience I once possessed.
Little things irritate me and I get so frustrated so easily. I hope my patience returns when LO arrives!!!

While pregnant I was totally impatient and had less trouble saying exactly what I meant. It helped me a lot at work!

I think I'm more patient!
I'm not stressed about things any more. It doesn't matter if traffic makes me late - I'm pregnant after all and it's better for me to be late than rush and hurt myself and the baby. When people annoy me I just think "I don't care about you. All I care about is my DH and my baby" Queues don't bother me - after all, there's nowhere I actually want to be for another 6 months!!
Perhaps as I get bigger and the aches and pains become less and less bearable I might start getting irritable. But right now, I'm one blissed out mamma!

@Cherrybee: about some things, I certainly have gained perspective. Like someone makes a rude comment at work? Eh, you can't bring me down, I'm sitting here feeling my baby kick!
But things like DH lazing around the house while I clean? Omg it's like a crazed wildebeest takes over and I wind up screaming at him. Or when he snores, I shove him around, trying to get him to change position so he stops. I never cared about him having a lazy day or snoring pre-pregnancy but now with the exhaustion from never sleeping, the aches and pains and general uncomfortableness, I have no patience for it.
I also have less patience for people meddling in my life. I used to brush off unwanted advice and just smile and nod but now I'm just like "uh, what medical school did you go to?"
And the dogs. I have no patience for their shenanigans. I immediately put them outside if they start acting up.

@septemberlove: Ahhhhhhh! I think the difference between you and I was that, pre-pregnancy, you were calm and reasonable!!
I was a complete beast!! My house had to be spotless and I'd run myself ragged making it that way - slamming and huffing and puffing until DH got the message (and took a book into the toilet, usually!). Now, if it doesn't get done - meh! DH has started doing loads of housework because he's sick of it looking a mess!! As for the dogs - I ruled them with an iron fist!! No walking ahead of me on the walk, no jumping on the furniture without sitting nicely and asking to come up first, they're not allowed upstairs.... but now, when they drag plant pots and branches through the house, I just think - meh! Silly puppies!!
Pre-pregnancy - snoring was NOT tolerated in our bedroom. Now.... actually, it's still not tolerated - haha!

Definitely less patient when I was pregnant and I got angry so easily! Now that LO is here I am super patient and not much bothers me.

way less patient. my tolerance for things that annoyed me was so low, and i got irritated really quickly.

Patience? What's that? I have none of it, which is bad because I wasn't the most patient person before either. Oops.

I was not patient before pregnancy. Now I am insufferably not patient. EVERYTHING annoys me and I have to make a great effort not to let everyone know just how annoyed I am.

@oahujeni: I'm so glad you said this. I'm really starting to worry that I will be impatient with LO considering how insane I've felt lately.

LESS. Much, much less. And I wasn't very patient before pregnancy, either. It's gotten to where I can barely leave the house or do anything like shopping, etc. where I have to interact with the public. If I do, I need a "spotter" like DH to go with me.
