I'm 4w today and I am sooo nauseous. This is totally new territory for me and as I didn't really have MS with DS. I have some wheat thins at my desk but they aren't helping like saltines do. And I have no gingerale handy, just seltzer. Any tips?

Getting medicine (diclegis) helped me tremendously. And I spilled the beans early. I'm on my 3rd pregnancy and basically began to show right away. Just letting people know I may feel and look crappy made it easier. I didn't have to hide how I felt.

I keep lots of snacks handy. I teach 3 classes back-to-back every day so snacking has helped. Oh, and I'm less nauseous if I eat s protein-rich breakfast like eggs.

Ugh its the worst. I have no tips because I tried the constant cracker eating and ginger ale but nothing worked! I just suffered through and thought a lot about crawling into bed at the end of the day.
Here's to hoping your day goes by quickly and your MS doesn't last too many months!

Try not to let your stomach get empty. I nibbled on a lot of almonds and peanut butter crackers. Hard pepppermint candy helped the nausea some.

I kept lots of dry carb type snacks at my desk at all times. And I agree peanut butter crackers were extra good- carbs plus protein. Our vending machine had ginger ale so I got one almost every afternoon (and almost cried one day when it ate my last dollar without giving me the soda!). Also a protein heavy lunch helped, I ate a meatball sub every day for about two weeks.
Good luck. It sucks.
