Skip it! Your diet/body already provides plenty of nutrition, not taking the pill for one day will be fine.
I take a prenatal that requires three pills a day, but I've never swallowed pills before so I have to cut them in half...meaning I have SIX pills, plus two DHA supplements to take every day. I cut all the pills in the morning and put everything in a little glass baking jar, so that it's all ready for the day! It makes it much easier to track what I've taken.

I would skip it. It's not a big deal to skip pills here and there especially if you eat anywhere near a normal, somewhat healthy diet.

That would involve me keeping them down when I take them. About to go pick up the gummy ones. But then my morning sickness has had me in the bathroom 40 minutes of every hour today, and zombie-like when I'm not in there.

@cyneswith: I skipped taking my prenatal last night because the thought made me gag.
Have you tried eating ginger? Just straight up slices of the root. The taste is super potent but it's very good at easing nausea, and it's worked like a charm for me.

Skip it! Or check and see if your pee is bright yellow (that always happens to me when I take one).

Skip it. I keep them by my bed with a bottle of water so I see them when I go to set my glasses down so I don't typically forget although there are times I've intentionally skipped because the smell makes me want to puke.

i always have that problem, so i made a little pill box and labelled the days S M T W Th F S, so if i can't remember, i just check the box to see if the pill is still there. It works! I refill it every sunday.

Is mine the only obgyn who said that prenatals are unnecessary and to just take a regular multi-vitamin??

@sweetchic: When I was TTC my OB was fine with me on multivitamins. But after BFP she wanted me to switch to prenatals. I *think* it has more of the folic acid you need than multis?

@sweetchic: are you TTC now? My OB just told me to make sure the multi I was taking had folic acid in it...I forgot how many MGs she asked me to check for though.

Yea, we'll be TTC come my next cycle (but I am super irregular, so not sure when that will be!!) I take adult gummy vitamins, so I'll have to check about the folic acid. For some reason regular multi vitamins made me nauseous and want to hurl!!
