Non-alcoholic, obviously. I was a huge water drinker pre-pregnancy and drank a ton of flavored seltzer water.

Now pg, I have a hard time drinking plain water, and although I used to love seltzer, I have a tough time with that too. I have been drinking Gatorade mixed with some water, but I feel like it's a lot of sugar.

I need ideas b/c I think I'm dehydrated most of the time. I need to drink more. What I WANT is Diet Coke, but I am trying not to drink that with the artificial sweeteners.

What do you drink in pregnancy to stay hydrated?
