@MrsADS: Gatorade is a lot of sodium, which would explain the dehydration. Make sure you alternate with water!

I drink water and Perrier from Costco. My best friend drinks water by the gallon, and adds cut up lemons and cucumbers to add flavor without lots of sugar.

Water, milk, grapefruit Perrier and pop flavours I wouldn't normally splurge on because of the sugar content (think orange crush, root beer, Mountain Dew!)
In the summer I will have non alcoholic beer.

Mostly water. I also loved the lime-flavored La Croix sparkling water.

Water makes me feel gross ever since I got pregnant. So now I have sparkling water - the berry flavor kind. That's about it.
Last pregnancy, I drank a lot of decaf coffee (which grosses me out now), orange and apple juice. I think I gained a lot of weight due to drinking juice, so I'm not having any this pregnancy

@lulibee: I'm pretty sure my juice drinking is contributing to my weight gain. It sucks! I only drink water normally but this pregnancy it makes me feel SO ILL. And sparkling water is starting to make me sick now, too.
At least I'm almost 14 weeks and hopefully will be feeling better soon.

I'm really big on lemons, so lemon water or water mixed with a splash of lemonade to give it a little flavor without upsetting my stomach.

@Anagram: I hope it does get better for you soon. Last pregnancy I craved oranges SO much, which is why I would down orange juice like nobody's business. I haven't craved it at all this pregnancy.

@MrsADS: straight water (chilled always), water with freshly squeezed lemon added to it and diet coke socially
