My sleep is absolutely awful when I'm pregnant. Not because I can't get comfortable, but because I never get a full night of sleep. I usually wake up around 2-3 am and stay up until my alarm goes off and then stay up all day on top of that until it's time to go to bed the next day. I'm definitely going to ask my doctor about it at my next appointment, but wondering if anyone had awful sleep while in their pregnancy and found anything to help.
