I think caffeine is the worst. I'm still drinking a small amount of caffeine, but it's so hard because I am extra tired and my normal response would be to load up on coffee.
Also, sleeping on my back is hard to change. I think it's technically okay to do this early in pregnancy, but I'm trying to get in the habit of side sleeping.
What was your hardest thing to give up or change?
I asked my mom how she slept and her dad told her to sleep on her back, so she back slept on the floor with all 3 of us!
