i'm almost 27 weeks, and i'm just wondering if i'm almost in the third trimester, or if i still have another week! some websites say 27 & others say 28 -- what's your verdict?

I would say 27! Technically it's 26.67 weeks if you divide it out!

@tororojo: i did the math too! i figured 27 since it's mathematically correct, but i didn't know if anything else played into it.

Most of my apps said it started this week for me at 27 so that's what I went with.

@photojane: I plan to start saying 6 months when I'm 26 weeks and I figure I'll say 3rd tri when I'm 27 weeks. It's weird how there's no hard and fast answer for when the trimesters change!

I always thought it was 28 weeks, but the third trimester (and end of pregnancy) can't come soon enough, so I'll take 27, haha!
