My OB office and the rep told me 10 weeks but Panorama website says 9. My friend (who goes to my practice 🤔) did it at 9w3 with no problems. The earliest I would do it is 9w3 or 4
When did you get yours done? Did you have to retest? That's what the rep said could be the problem with going too early...

My doctor said 10 weeks. I did it between 10 and 11 and didn't have to retest but she did say it was a possibility since I was so close to the cut off.

I did mine at 12. I think the longer you can wait, the better.

? Ha I suppose I can. The Panorama literature should not advertise ait as valid at 9 weeks then!

The first time I had it done, my doctor had me wait until 12 weeks just to make sure we didn't do it too early. .
The second time (after a previous positive for trisomy), he tested me right at 10.

@pachamama: My OB said 10w0days is the absolute earliest, and even then he sometimes has people need to retest. I was measuring ahead so even though I did it at exactly 10w, my NT a few weeks later changed my EDD and put me at 10w3 when I’d had it done. Sample was great, and I’m glad I didn’t have to go through a repeat blood draw and wait again. Hang in there🤞

My OB says 10 weeks is the earliest but he generally has patients wait until 12 weeks.

My ob said 10w but prefers 11 and will insist on it if you measure behind at all at 8w. I think it’s worth the wait to get a more guaranteed result than waiting a week and half to find out you have to start over!! It’s hard though for sure.

@pachamama: I did it right at 9 because I happened to have an OB/fertility appt that day anyway and they had to retest

I posted that it was 10 weeks for me, but now that I think about it, it was between 11 and 12.

I think 10, I also have a friend that didn’t get results because they couldn’t get enough dna, and she didn’t even do it too early

I'm assuming they'll book you for a mental health ultrasound at 8.5/9 weeks, right? If so, I'd get the test at 10 weeks. My practice won't do it before then. If they won't do an ultrasound I'd ask for it at 9 weeks.

@Pollywog: I did a dating ultrasound at 8.5 and they won't let me have another one til 20w anatomy. So I have to pay out of pocket if I want one at 10 (which I do
I think I'm gonna go in at 10w3d for the Panorama.
Not enough material gathered to tell anything I think. I had it redone at 11 and everything was fine.
