It seems to have stopped and my CM is totally clear, so I'm just going to stay home today and keep my feet up. The heartrate sounded perfect on my Sonoline which made me feel better! Since I have a MFM appointment coming up on Monday, I think it'll be fine to just hang out till then if I don't have any more spotting.
